5. Booking and Payment: Users can book photo shoots, tours, or consultations through our website. A non-refundable holding fee (bond) is required at the time of booking. This fee secures your reservation but is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Cancellations by the User: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without being charged the full price. However, the bond remains non-refundable.
• Cancellations by Us: If we must cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund, including the bond.

6. Liability: By booking and participating in our services, you acknowledge and agree that Christopher Gilbert Thomas is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during our photography sessions, tours, or consulting services. You participate at your own risk.

7. Termination of Access: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services or website at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Harassment or abuse towards staff or other users.
• Misuse of the materials or content on the website, including unauthorized downloading or distribution of images.
• Violation of any of these Terms.
