Nov 2020 – Present 

Part-time Project Manager at Waltzing Matilda Aviation, a U.S. jet charter operator launching scheduled airline services in May 2025. The company is committed to reducing the airline industry’s environmental impact, aiming for up to a 40% emissions reduction and a three-year roadmap to become the world’s first zero-emission airline. Responsible for supporting key initiatives across its technology and environmental agenda. Assignments include:

  • Application integration (reservations systems, booking, maintenance, etc.)
  • Analytic support across business functions, including COO, CFO, Chief Strategy Officer, etc.


Environmental Consultant - MRA Consulting 

Sep 2022 – Dec 2024

MRA Consulting is a leader in Australia’s waste management sector. Joined as an Environmental Consultant, bringing experience in economics and building & demolition waste. Gained hands-on experience across diverse projects, including:

  • Extended producer responsibility consultations(tyres, batteries, beverage containers)
  • Landfill remediation and private/public waste management strategies
  • Waste audits for corporate and municipal clients 
  • Leveraged a technology background to become a key driver of MRA’s IT capabilities. Led AI research and experimentation, developing standard AI operating procedures and building MRA’s in-house AI system.
  • Leadership role on MRA’s waste audits. Leading teams of auditors collecting and sorting kerbside and corporate waste streams. Compiled data from these audits and analyzed to make data-driven recommendations to clients.


Project Consultant - Bingo Industries

Bingo Industries is Australia’s largest domestic waste management company, specializing in construction waste logistics and recycling. With a goal of a waste-free Australia, the company has achieved a 90% recycling rate through innovative technologies.

Weigh-Bridge Project

  • Selected by the Chief Technology Officer to investigate discrepancies in transfer site weight measurements.
  • Conducted on-site visits, analysed security footage, collected data, and led interviews to identify issues.
  • Reported findings, assessed risks, and developed solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency.

MyBingo Project 

  • Assisted in developing Bingo’s new B2B customer portal by training users on software usage.
  • Consulted and onboarded customers, collaborating on process improvements and user experience enhancements.

  • Developed a portable plastic extrusion machine that created cost effective 3D printing filaments from everyday plastics. The objective was to mass produce the machine and then market and sell to schools and other community-based groups to encourage local recycling.


Needham Plastic Bag Ban (Nov 2015 – Dec 2016)

  • Conceived and led a town-wide initiative to ban plastic bags.
  • Drafted the first version of the by-law that was later enacted.
  • Lobbied government agencies, officials, local businesses, and the public to gain support.
  • Coordinated with local interest groups to build momentum.
